This tiny home can be used for additional family living space, guests, temporary accommodation, rental property additions, 
farm workers, site workers, BNB, holiday accommodation, studio, workshop , site office and a range of other possibilities.
The Cosy –T can also provide accommodation while you are building your dream home or just complete this to become your tiny dream home.
This is transportable via a trailer or truck or add a trailer. (Some panels are interchangeable).

The overall building is well designed and very spacious especially with the extra height and ranchslider. This also allows for a roll out bed and extra storage.

Assembling is straightforward with these materials included.
- Lay timber floor (7 sheets H3 plywood) on skids (H4 100x 75 timber)
- Stand up the 6 walls (75 mm steel framed EPS)
- Screw on the 7 x roof the roof panels ( 75mm corrugated finish)
- Fit finishing trims and dripline
- Install double glazed windows and ranchslider
- Clad and decorate the outside with a combination of corrugated iron and shadow clad timber panels.
- Line the inside with Knauf acoustic sound board (3 walls) offset with a grooved lining on the other wall.
- Paint as required ( some paint supplied)
- Wire as you go: caravan socket, caravan lead, switchboard with RCD and circuit breakers, 20 metres each of power and lighting cable, 4 power points, 1 x power points with combined USB charger , 2 x 6 metre LED strip lights, 1 x hanging light, 2 double light switches, 6 mounting blocks.
- 2 x smoke , 2 x heat alarms all with long life batteries
- 10 x 80cm x 80cm Italian flooring tiles ( decorative grey / white)
- Various hardware and sundries included.
